Our Practice Nurse is a registered nurse who is able to provide evidence-based compassionate care to our clients, and is able to support patients through a number of services as listed below:
- Children's Health & Immunisation
- Health Assessments
- Support patients with chronic disease management by creating management plans and monitoring progress towards their health goals
- Heart & Lung Function Tests
- Wound Care Management
- IUD insertion & removal
- Implanon insertion & removal
- Care of common lesions/cysts & assist GPs with small procedures
- Assist GPs to coordinate patient referrals with health providers
